Javier Bardem Hails Beijing Treaty: For Actors, Biggest Thing Since Invention of Cinema

Javier Bardem offers congratulations for WIPO’s Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances, which the Academy Award-winning Spanish actor calls “the most-important thing to happen to actors since the invention of cinema.”
